It’s interesting and some parts are really well done but other parts were not very memorable. Lil cringe with that theme too. Also… stop with that weird orientalism 😭

Cloud Atlas is an ambitious sci-fi drama that connects six stories across different times and genres. It explores how actions echo through history, touching on fate, love, and freedom. Visually bold and emotionally deep, but complex and sometimes confusing.

The visuals were perfect, it's just the storylines switched around too fast and i would forget what happened the last time it was on screen. Anthology in film is hard to do on its own, so doing it with different time periods is just too much

Confusing, altering, fever dream. You're high af? This is the movie for you. Wanna get high af? Also, this movie is meant for you. Guess human connection does incredible things.

a wonderful poem, recited with perfect rhythm and intonation by great actors. this film—and the book as well—is one of my all-time favorites. i can only recommend it.

the jumps at first are a little jarring, but other than that, it was a good movie, i also love all the links throughout the movie

The meaning of it all it's beautiful, definitely had some very intense scenes.

I really think the story with the old people could have been cut! it's like constantly switching around so I think things could have been rearranged. also, the makeup is pretty sus. besides all of that it was a pretty interesting story.

It’s quite difficult to understand the first time watching as the scenes move so fast, but it is a moving film. A tad too brutal for me but absolutely necessary for that important message.
