A dark absurdist thriller, Cloud is a cold and unforgiving thriller made for the digital age. Saturated with regret and dread, it seeps under your skin and sits with you long after the credits roll. Kurosawa has done it again (no surprise)! PS I love the second half/ending!

Pleasantly surprised in the first hour, befuddled and betrayed in the next, and slapped in the face by the end. What a shame. Started out great, almost character study-ey, but then it transforms into a completely different movie. There’s no way this is highly regarded man lol
