I hate Jessie

loved how they added the photographs from the journalists in the big scenes, that truly was immersive. cinematography, color pallet, shot composition was so fucking good. those silent moments made it way more intense. i really wanted more plot, but another solid A24 film. 9 / 10

Super dope concept and execution. Love the weaving of the photos into the movie. Well written and top-notch cinematography. Heard a lot about the “lack of action and plot” but I’d have to strongly disagree. Was visceral and engaging. The warfare was “not our story” 8.6/10 cameras

Makes you very uncomfortable. VERY realistic, with extreme tension and very developed characters. Definitely a good war movie!
