Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget Reviews

I absolutely loved this, I used to watch the first movie a lot when I was a kid and this is just marvelous, one of my favorite movies of the year for sure 🥺🧏🏼

Listen I'M NOT SAYING THIS WAS BAD, but in comparison to the first one, it definitely didn't feel the same when watching.
It's the classic teenager running away from home...for some reason. Also, Frizzle freaked me out, she was cool, but just such an odd character

Eating McNuggets during this made for an interesting immersive experience

This was my childhood memories. Everything was nostalgic. Loves the animation and characters

I wouldn’t say this movie is as good as the first, but it’s not horrible either. Recasting Ginger was definitely a choice…so was bringing Mrs. Tweedy back. But it’s a cute story, and the stop-motion is still crazy good.

Funny for a kid

It was a very mediocre sequel. I was actually surprised to find out there was a lot of recasting so that’s a plus. It felt a little “netflixafied” in my opinion. Didn’t have the same charm and detail of the original. But the story was entertaining.
