thought I would like it because of Tom Holland but I was wrong.

interesting story but didn’t do enough w it. kinda slow meh acting. they did not have to kill that damn dog 4.5/10

The story line could have been explain a little better but overall a good watch. 7/10

Originally I thought it was a decent movie, great premise, but having read the books since though it is in fact dog shit.

Don’t remember exactly what I thought of this but I think I liked it well enough

I wasn't sure about this movie early, but then I started to get preeetty pretty invested.."deep breath".. then they killed the dog...........THEY KILLED THE FREAKING DOG!!!! It served basically no point other than just being a giant soggy bag of cheese.

I wanted more of the love story but pretty good, tho the ending was a bit meh but I think that was beacuse they planed a sequel (the books are a triology) but the movie under preformed so it didn’t get a sequel and that’s why the ending was a bit meh

super underrated!! ofc there are some scenes i wished for more or better acting, but i think all in all this was a great watch!! finally a new and different idea and i very much enjoyed watching this film 🥹
