This belongs in the romcom hall of fame. Emily’s “I hate love” premise is so tired but every other thing about this movie was so well done (esp man who loves unapologetically!!) that I don’t even care. Their chemistry was so good, I laughed, I blushed, I need everyone to watch it

I loved it except for Owen’s accent (very hard to understand without subtitles in theaters).

favorite romcom i’ve watched all year! the entire theatre was *literally* giggling and kicking their feet (i saw the shoes of the people in the row in front of me!)

a little slow at first but you will be fully invested by the second act

She was insane and I think they could’ve done a much better job redeeming her, I wouldn’t forgive her in his position, but it was an entertaining movie

Drove an hour to watch this and it definitely was worth it. While it’s a little predictable, it’s so funny and very accurate of dating culture today. Both of the characters are charming and the acting is great. Has its sad, but of course also its happy/wholesome moments. 7.5/10
