the only thing i liked about this movie was the artistic decision of how her imagination was shown, it had no sense of direction or likable characters whatsoever imo

It’s was not sure what message it wanted to tell but was funny so still enjoyable in a aspect.

Really enjoyed the first 95% of this movie. It thoroughly shows the disturbingly skewed power dynamic between men and women and shines a bright light on it.
But then it’s just ends so abruptly. Kind of just sat there a bit stunned. Expected a bit more film.

Oh my God I love this so much. It was funny and awkward, lots of ugly truths and then it took a turn. So well done and it had 1 of my fave Britney songs to boot!

Self-dialogue shows the power dynamic so well - her fear of death, his fear of not being believed, both rooted in a system built long before them by generations of men who hurt women. Opens on Atwood's quote: men fear laughter, women fear death. Messy ending, still great.

Really underrated movie. The performances were great and the story was really good. I loved how it showed the perils of modern dating. The ending was also the perfect way to end this film.

I thought the premise was provoking but this movie left me dissatisfied. There were definitely some funny and relatable moments but overall it took too long to get where it wanted to go and it is painful watching a movie without having someone to root for.
