I think this movie is overly hated and deeply underrated. I remember the feeling of empowerment when i watched it for the first time in theaters. I get the writing may have been off in some places but i think this movie is super important for women.

Id rather get hit by a semi truck then watch this again

okay, here me out. it’s a good movie and you gotta watch it so you understand her back story just like any other superhero.

Larson brings quiet strength to Carol, and her banter with Fury adds charm. The cosmic visuals are beautiful, and the Kree-Skrull twist adds nuance. The movie shines most when exploring Carol’s defiance and perseverance in reclaiming her identity.

it’s such a great movie tbh. and carol is girlbossing. and goose is fr the cutest character. i love how everything is connected and the tessaract appears and fury’s scar stays and how fury still uses that pager. also it’s just cute how fury has an actual story abt his scar. 8/10
