was soo overwhelmed watching this masterpiece and the boy’s acting was phenomenal… the story was really captivating from the very first scene up until the last second. will never watch it again ‘cause i cried every five minutes but it’s definitely going to my faves list

When you understand this In Arabic it’s soo much funnier.

It hits different when you understand Arabic, such an amazing cast. I cried all the way to the end, its sad knowing it is based on a true story. The film talks about poverty, child marriage, human trafficking, drugs, immigrants.

The problem with this movie is that it was overly focused on the message. Other than that, I saw a visual masterpiece and an interesting story

Phenomenal kid, phenomenal acting and phenomenal cinematography! Eeff what a film. Had me crying my eyes out. So proud of Nadine Labaki for this masterpiece. Loved it

Truely a moving movie, delivers an extremely powerful message. I’d highly recommend watching it (although be ready to be in tears the entire time).

Truely a masterpiece that will make you so appreciative of your circumstances.
