This film is TOO relevant in today’s world. I know it’s a comedy but beneath its goofy tone is a sharp idea: people in power shaping conflict through misinformation & spectacle. Yet it plays so lightly that the impact feels muted despite the relevance.

This is one of the funniest comedy concepts I’ve ever heard of. Turning America against Candy through propaganda. The plot is hilarious and it has some very funny moments. Overall, the story beats were pretty cliche but it was a great overall plot. Characters were well written.
