The novel is great, don’t get me wrong, but this just shows how film can do so much more. This score is absolutely breathtaking. Mixing it with the beautiful, grainy textured film creates such an intense romanticization of somewhere in northern Italy. Paired with a phenomenal script, a phenomenal narrative, and phenomenal acting, it just can’t be beat. Watching this in theaters felt surreal.

Es verdad que si no pones los subtítulos te pierdes una parte importante de la trama por que esta está en italiano.
Elio realmente creo que se enamoró de Oliver, fue algo muy genuino, y la comprensión de los padres para la época que era es una locura. El padre 10/10
