This film is not for everyone. If you do not have a keen eye for detail and meaning, as well as inability to analyze films (especially semiotically) you won’t like this film. This film is bizarre but I think the meaning of it is often misconstrued.

One of the most bizarre, weird films I’ve ever seen. Felt like Fritz Lang’s Metropolis if it was on drugs. Production design is a clear standout and the entire visual design of it is impressive. It’s too long and feels unfocused often. Still worth a watch

Watch out! A terrific movie has escaped the asylum without a lobotomy. Brazil is a Mr. Gilliam original, one of the best places to get lost, a beautiful nightmare come true. The good guys, the few directors itching to make films away from the assembly line, have finally won
