Not your standard fare for Hemsworth, but nice to watch him in the Michael Mann mystique. Standard hacker beats hacker but with Mann's touch and a fun touch. Good popcorn flick on a Friday.

Absolutely dog water. Compelling enough to watch it through to the end, shit enough to hate it every step along the way. Lots of cool moments (that make zero sense in most cases), overall just a colossal waste of time and talent.
According to Michael Mann the script wasn’t ready to shoot. From what I can tell, I don’t think it was ready to be written. It just seemed like shit was happening with no goal and no plan in sight. How screening of this made it past anybody with eyes is beyond me.
The best thing I can say about this is that it couldb been good. What the fuck. 4.8/10.

WOW!!! What an ending! I was really cheering for all the main characters and hoping they all make it to the end, but…. 😭 I won't tell you what happened. You need to find out yourself.

I thought it was better than most reviews were saying but it still was much to be desired in some aspects. The romance aspect was pretty un-compelling and a little droll at times, but the decent story and Hemsworth’s worthy performance make up for some of that. 7.2/10 for me!!!!!

The plot was your standard action movie but parts of it made no sense. Where exactly did the computer guy learn to shoot and be an action hero? It explains nothing as to how this comes about.

the acting was good the writing was terrible, him and the girl had no chemistry whatsoever and they got together super quick in the story. the plot had potential but it was all over the place and moved too fast

[Rewatch]: Didn’t notice any big difference from theatrical cut. Granted it’s been since the premiere that I’ve watched this, but I still enjoyed it now. Shootouts go hard as Mann always does, and there’s even a strong Tenet vibe here Nolan probably took.
