Wonderful character study. The surfing scenes are tense and dramatic, the way they’re shot is simply incredible. Great performances, great score from Basil Poledouris (RoboCop) and impeccable cinematography. It’s emotional, thrilling and a visual marvel. + Robert Englund is in it
