I remember watching this as a kid but don’t remember what the movie is about

I need the two people who look through my reviews to know that this isn’t serious but also so serious. Like yes it’s Beverly Hills chihuahua. . . But like. . . It’s Beverly Hills chihuahua??? If you don’t get it, I get it, but it just has to be in like your soul. These dogs were the shit I swear to god. Like this was the drama I was invested in more than anything and even if it’s just a product of its time I won’t do my younger self the disservice of rating it anything lower than a love.
