i loved the scene where dan and gretta were listening to music while walking around the city, and the line “one of the most banal scenes is suddenly invested with so much meaning” is so so true when you’re listening to music

I love everything about this movie

I didn’t know what I was going into but I ended loving this movie so much. I’m kinda biased because it involved music but it just shows how music can connect people in a beautiful way. I’m gonna write more..

Romantic comedy?? This isn’t a romantic comedy… drama with hints of comedy would be the description I’d give. And zero romance… like… I couldn’t even tell who the romantic leads were. I thought it was Kiera and Adam, then Kiera and Mark? (yikes), and then she ends up with no one

Der Film hat mir sehr gut gefallen, da er einen andern Stang folgt als die meisten „romcoms“.
Und die Intimität mit jemanden Musik per aux zu teilen ist leider eine ausgestorbene Praxis, wofür ich der weiterentwickelten Technik nicht dankbar bin.
Unerwartet bekannter cast.
