I loved this movie so much. I loved the music and I love beetlejuice. Even though I don’t particularly like Jenna Ortega (hot take, I know) I felt she played this role really well. From an objective standpoint, howeverrr… not Tim Burtons best work. You could tell there was a lot of care put into this movie, but the way the plots were all resolved felt quick and unsatisfying. Willem Dafoes character also felt really useless, but I still enjoyed it because it was funny.
Objectively: 6.5/10
Me personally: 9/10

It was good seemed to be more nostalgic than an actual good movie but I liked it.

OMG WATCH IT AGAGAGA

The pacing is so rushed, and there’s no character development. But, it’s enjoyable enough getting to be back in this Burtonified version of the world again.
