I loved this movie so much. I loved the music and I love beetlejuice. Even though I don’t particularly like Jenna Ortega (hot take, I know) I felt she played this role really well. From an objective standpoint, howeverrr… not Tim Burtons best work. You could tell there was a lot of care put into this movie, but the way the plots were all resolved felt quick and unsatisfying. Willem Dafoes character also felt really useless, but I still enjoyed it because it was funny.
Objectively: 6.5/10
Me personally: 9/10

wasn't great, wasn't horrible. wasn't the original. could've did without it

it was like…….boring asf. it overdid the overstimulation and was not even a little bit as good as the first one. i didn’t entirely hate this movie but i definitely would not rewatch

Faithful to the original, a decent watch
