Truly heartbreaking. I’m amazed by how they were able to evoke the horrible feeling of watching someone consistently hurt themselves, but you can do nothing about it. I also loved that they never vilify Nic.

i didn’t know this was based on a true story until the end credits and that broke me. i had already been crying for the last 10 minutes and i saw that and cried harder. this movie was amazing.
