The nostalgia is REAL!

5.2 - a decent enough glimpse at how crazy of a trend beanie babies were & how absurd collecting can be in general. In ways, it’s a real indictment on collecting & on capitalism. There’re interesting moments here, but it’s lacking the serious drama needed to be truly engaging.

Pretty well done doc on a really interesting 90s craze… still remember seeing my grandma’s beanie babies back in the day - had to have the tag!
