Wish I would have watched this when I was younger. Just didn’t hit at my ripe age of 30 lol the nostalgia prob woulda had me but it just wasn’t my fave

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a Jack Black movie that I didn’t like

It’s an easygoing comedy. Watching ordinary people remake famous films with cardboard props and zero budget gives the movie warmth & personality. Especially when the whole community comes together.

I thought this film would be right up my alley with how much I love films and physical media. Unfortunately, though there were a couple funny moments, the story just didn’t really hook me. I suppose I was just hoping for more.

Cool concept for a movie and JB never fails. Mos Def was decent and funny in this one too. I’d rewatch this somewhat of a cult classic again.

Great movie to watch in family. a great way to rewatch other movies at the same time too

Love letter to film making 😭 Im saying this both satirically and seriously. That scene of everyone watching their movie from outside actually made me emotional
