Batman: The Long Halloween, Part Two Reviews

This was great. Fantastic, Part Two. I really enjoyed the action in this and how I just couldn’t quite put my finger on who Holiday actually was! I was so shocked at the end. This was really good. Beautiful animation. The trick-or-treater at the very end was so cute!

The last half is a speechless, thrilling ride! The Holiday killer was such a mind blowing twist! I truly loved how I had no idea who it was!! Overall the animation was brilliant, as well as the soundtrack, gave Gotham the dark tone I was wanting!!

I loved figuring out everything and it was just amazing!

the Halloween was indeed long.

Much better than the first the first feels like setup for the story unfolding in this one, this is a story about how Gotham goes from mobsters to men in clown makeup and it’s a great one and the twist I did catch on I like it even though it is a change from the book 9.2/10

Fell into a little nap woke up and didn’t miss a thing :)

I understand Joker's design wasn't exactly favourable in the original graphic novel, but fuck me, you could have done a better job at cleaning him up a little

Same comments as part one, but even better. Maybe the best two-face performance and story I’ve ever seen. Wild twist when it diverted from the book at the end with Gilda, and I loved it

this part was much more tense than the first one

This was a massive step up from Part One!!! The story was much darker and more gritty!!!! The way they tied everyone and everything together in the end made so much sense!!! 88/100

BATMAN

“Come on Grundy, move your ass” Grundy then, proceeds to walk as slow as he possibly can, fucking love him.

I liked this more than the last one, it was cool, I liked the character development for everyone, again, I had no idea who Holiday was until eventually it was revealed, as always the Catwoman dynamic is nice, and it was good 2nd part/ending to this story.

This was a very fascinating and dark conclusion to the story but I am a little mad Batman let Holiday go at the end instead of arrest her.

And then, the adaptation manages to double down and do an even worse job than the comic to wrap it up the 'whodunnit' mystery

I really like the story with the crime families and how two face comes to be. However, I think the reveal of Holiday didn’t make sense and was a bit rushed
