Unmmm so this movie was high camp yet high cringe/ HR report. Knowing what we know now it gives e island / tunnels tease…. So the whole watch is a little uncomfortable but the visuals are good ?

see… it’s like… some parts of it were so good and high camp… and then other parts were just like… really trite. like the robot dolls with metal razor chompers? scary and high camp. the men gaining physical power from sleeping with her?? bizzaro and maddening. so…

When the Hayes Code fell in Hollywood in the late 60s movies like this came out swinging hard. By today’s standards it’s not great (acting, plot, sexploitation, etc) by in its day it was a sight to behold. Holds up better in historical context, not for everyone though.
