I feel like the interviewer inserted herself waaaaay too much into this narrative.. like girl, this truly isn’t about you. I’d rather watch the Bama Rush TikToks again than learn about how racist the Greek system is… facts we already knew.

There was potential for an interesting documentary subject here, but this was not a successful film. Felt like the wheels completely came off the track and then the filmmaker inserted herself as a subject, which made very little sense.

Totally disappointed. I wanted something funny/fun but turned into a boring somewhat anti-Greek hit piece with the middle aged filmmaker inserting her own struggles to somehow try to become the main character. Like @shivreddy said - I’d rather watch the TikToks than this lol

i was expecting more tea

gosh I was so excited for this only bc I went to a smaller school that had little to no Greek life. I was so let down. the producer/interviewer just inserted herself into something she had no business in to make it a sob story about her own personal struggles with alopecia

i wish they would have elaborated more about the machine. i wish they would have brought the fraternity’s in to this. also felt like a shane dawson conspiracy video at times👽

The interviewer interjecting herself into the narrative just felt forced and so off topic. No cohesion there at all.

Promising idea and start to the film, however the execution was quite poor. Went more into talking about the directors hair loss than the actual rush process.

I was definitely disappointed. The only good part was when the talked about the machine. That part was extremely small. There were just a lot of TikTok’s about bama rush, not OOTDs or actual rush week documentary. I didn’t expose very much as everyone was expecting. Kinda boring!

tiktoks are better to watch

I was so intrigued by this premise but it ended up being one of the most unstructured and unfocused documentaries I’ve ever seen.

Kinda sucked ngl. I came here for the sorority rush, not for how the narrator had a problem with her confidence. I know it’s a sad story but it has nothing to do with this, and that’s not why I clicked on the movie. Make a different documentary about that.

it started off really intriguing, a little annoyed with the director’s references to her alopecia but whatever the climax will be worth it. the climax being the discussion of “the machine” and she BLOWS it, like nothing is unveiled and you basically wasted your time.
