I wanted to watch a martial arts-heavy Bollywood flick for a chill weekend. I honestly like this; it delivers insane martial arts even if the romance gets cheesy.
What Worked:
• Shroff brings wild, raw energy to the Kalaripayattu training montages.
• The massive raid sequence climbing Raghav’s building created insane combat sequences.
• Babu makes a super intimidating villain, matching Tiger blow for blow.
The Friction:
• The flashback train romance really dragged for me; I honestly just wanted the present story to proceed.
• Siya’s cartoonish dad and his comedic scheming stalled the gritty tone.
• Randomly placed musical numbers totally slowed down the fast-paced rescue momentum.
Verdict:
Watch for a heavy, stunt-driven action flick. Skip if cheesy flashbacks annoy you.
