It was not the best serial killer film out there based on true events because the plot was most fiction and only touched on some of the real material. Kane Hodder didn’t even look the resemblance of the real B.T.K.

Figo Nyberg is "meh" on
B.T.K.
This movie was cheap and the story was not accurate to the real events.
