my idol. the one who made me fall in love with edm. i fucking cried obviously, still heartbroken but this doc really shows you how raw and strong tim’s life really was. i consider him being the fastest growing dj in history. no one will ever create beautiful melodies like avicii. it breaks my heart, but i never got the opportunity to see him play live. i would give anything to time travel and watch him play tomorrowland 2011. silhouettes & fade into darkness are my all time fav, but levels obviously was the first track i listened from him. i love you tim, live forever ◢ ◤

If you are a fan of Avicii, most of his productions was the soundtrack of our last decades. You must see the movie. This is a gift for everyone, not only for the music, but above the many road we can take unconsciously. It’s not a film about EDM music, it’s a film about life.

Really touching, really emotional and really cool seeing his life. And of course, his music is great, so it was really nice hearing it throughout the documentary. And also nice seeing how it was created. It was one of those where you were upset the documentary was over.

Such a great display of his talent and life… my favourite part is when his new music absolutely flops at the show but ash his manager says just Wait… next minute hey brother is hitting billboards

Krank geiles Haus, in dem Avicii lebte.

This was ncredible. This doc showcases his long windy journey through his music career dealing with self doubt. It provided unseen interviews, footage, and self reflections making it unbearable at times. It’s was sad, yet joyful, showing his passion for making music.

9.2/10.
