Avatar: The Way of Water Reviews

The second Avatar film had me on the edge of my seat, but only in the first and last third of the play. Its brings you joy, sadness, awesomeness. It feels pretty long, but it’s necesary to really feel all the emotion. Watch it on as big screen as possible - you won't regret it!

The amount of times I cried on this movie is absolutely unacceptable 😩. I loved this movie so much it was so sad. I wish what happened didn’t but it was so beautiful I wanna watch it again on repeat

Story was not very original. The writing was not great imo, kind of cringy at times. Visually absolutely amazing!

Avatar x2. Bigger, better, bolder. This movie never fails to make me cry. The depth of emotion goes deeper than the ocean. The number of different world problems shown but not told is what made me fall in love with this masterpiece, that and the character and world-building, as well as the vfx and sfx, of course. If you thought number one was good then get prepared for number 2, and then 3 because I'm sure all of Jim's money and time and effort is going into these films, and as you can tell, the man is legendary in his craft.

10/10. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING. I fell more in love with Pandora and the Avatars. It’s definitely a story that has only begun, so many question still unanswered. I see why it took so long, the visuals
are INSANE. I’m really sad Jake’s son died, but something tells me he’ll be back.

neyetam’s death was SOOO unnecessary omgg. this movie definitely deserved the oscar for best visual effects, it’s surreal. i can’t wait to see more of this story

This movie was one of the worst written movies I’ve ever watched. Lazy lazy lazy story line. It’s visually beautiful, but if your story is going to suck that bad, don’t bother. The whole time I was watching this I asked myself again and again: “and why do we care??”

I’ll take it to my grave. It was eh. I expected a better story, if not a better villian. Character arcs were pretty interesting will say. Def recommend checking it out either way.

Wayyyy too long but impressive VFX and an entertaining story. Focus this time is way more on family rather than the problematic perspective of Na’vi tribe in the original. Also, huge overuse of the main score making it lose all value.
