Overall good crime thriller with some great performances from the two leads. Still I expected a bit more and at times it was very slow paced.

Boring -> Appalling -> Ridiculous is the journey this took me through. Of course watching a mid-eighties movie in 2025 for the first time is always a risk.

Frankly, this went on my list because of the Madonna song and I stayed to watch the big name cast members in their younger years roles. Because those elements were interesting to me, this gets a meh.

a bit slow but so good, the theme song (live to tell by madonna) is playing throughout the movie but only the first few notes and adds such a dark atmosphere plus the movie is based on real events which makes it even sadder

Very good performances from Walken and Penn, solid story but it’s a bit slow
