why do I get flashbacks of this movie randomly?

One of THE movies from my childhood. It’s so good and the story is so creative and I don’t know what else to say other than it has my heart

A pretty good movie to have watched growing up. The story was pretty solid, and the action was fun as well. It definitely had a few darker themed moments, but it stayed true to form as a kids movie. I liked this movie a ton growing up, and I think it still holds up today.

this is a weird film where i cant describe WHY i liked it, but i remember liking it. its not funny, action packed, or emotional but its just fun to watch

Astro Boy is a fun, family-friendly adventure with impressive animation, heart, and a positive message about identity and belonging. While the story follows some familiar beats, its charm, action, and emotional moments make it an enjoyable watch for kids and adults alike. Great!.

I know now why I feel bad for every bots and robots I talk or watch in movies. this being my childhood movie shaped a large way of my opinions, because it's very touching and contain a great message for everyone.

Need to rewatch been a while.

One of my childhood favorites I remember watching

Childhood

Lowkey this movie is always on rotation at my house. Deserves a sequel lowkey or expansion.

Enjoyable enough when I was 8, but very forgettable as far as animated movies go. Didn't leave an impression on me even as an easily pleased kid, which is a pretty good litmus test of whether an animated movie is any good.

Candidly I don’t remember a lot about this movie, but I feel like that fact in itself speaks for how forgettable this movie is.
