Assault on Precinct 13 Reviews

7/10

I enjoyed this movie

Intense and action packed thriller

Ok

It was pretty good. Good action!!

“We let him live once he almost got us killed, we let him live twice we deserve to die.”

For those wondering, You do not have to have seen assault on precinct 1-12 to follow along.

Modernized, slick, and solid. Not Carpenter’s classic, but it’s a tense, claustrophobic action thriller that updates the siege premise well. More explosive, more layered, and the snowy setting adds flavor. I still like the original but this action flick is good in its own lane.

For a remake, it's pretty damn good! I still prefer Carpenter's original with its grittiness. Some good action, and at least they didn't take the PG-13 route.

I kinda liked it

Not the best, but not the worst either

This is a fun single location flick. Its story is good. Pacing is good. Cast is good and does a fine job. Keeps you engaged throughout. It’s not perfect but every time I watch it I’m not disappointed.

eh, it's OK.

2/5

Pretty good
