Assassins Creed finally getting the love it deserves with this movie. Absolutely loved how they stuck with the plot like they did with the games.

it is a good action and sci-fi movie but I didn't know what was happening for 3/4. I don't like that 50% of Assassin's Creed movie doesn't tell about assassin's Creed... (I feel weird writing "good" or "bad" about film cause I know nothing about them)

As a massive AC fan, I went into this with high hopes…. it did not disappoint! Yes it’s a departure from what we’re used to, but the story, combat, parkour and costumes were amazing. If I could’ve improved anything, it’d be the brutality of the film, could easily be an 18 (R)!

As a HUGE assassins creed fan, its just a boring movie that doesnt explore the interesting the ideas the franchise presents. Its cool they reference some of the things from the movie in the games but thats about it. They could do better in a sequel exploring modern day assassins

First when the movie came out (based on the rankings of this app)I had expectations for “love” not gonna lie, and later I really thought that I’d be giving it a “like”, however, I genuinely can’t, it just wasn’t it; yes it had the climbing and action, but a lot of things were off

Fancied a rewatch after having played the new AC: Black Flag Remake - the whole experience was considerably worse than I remembered it being.

Baffling creative decision to have 85% of the film be in the modern era, even more so because the “memories” sections actually had a really compelling story that’s never properly utilised. Narrative aside, the CGI holds up well. The sets were all very cool as well - particularly the Abstergo building. I was actually quite fond of the Animus redesign, seemed… intuitive?

Crazy stacked cast that, despite trying, can’t redeem the misdirection going on throughout. Michael Fassbender is very watchable as always, but he’s not enough. Callum Turner was done hella dirty here.

Fingers crossed the new Netflix show being made is better than this film. It would certainly be a challenge to do it any worse!

Essendo un film discendente dal gioco perde in auanto ho sentito di non avere il controllo delle situazioni, nessuna situazione è compatibile con esperienze di gioco. Tuttavia è da vedere almeno una volta nella vita.

Obviously I liked it because I'm a very big fan of the videogame saga. They had a good concept.

Action was nice, otherwise actual horse shit Abstergo scenes 75% of the film

It’s a good action/thriller movie, but they could have done it way better.

could not finish

basically desmond miles in assassins creed 2 but cheaper. abstergo are much more violent in a way and their animus is more violent but they put a lot of the story line on going into the animus with his assassin ancestor rather than doing a proper storyline like in the games

42/100 meh, magneto was alright but plot was weak.

Really wanted it to be better
