Simple story, powerful heroism.

People give Michael Bay crap for making popcorn flicks, but it doesn’t get any better than this. Possibly the best allstar cast of the 90s, even the cheezy Aerosmith song can’t detract from how great this movie is.

What a spectacular movie. The special effects were incredible and really hold up to this date. Acting was also fantastic, and the story wasn’t as plain as I thought it would be. Everything that could go wrong went wrong but it gave it a thrilling vibe.

Awesome disaster movie about a planet-killing comet.

A Classic Watch. Great all star cast, fun characters, slap stick gags and intense action. Way over the top, a perfect “End of the World” flick.

Hot diggity damn I have a lot of mixed feelings about this film.

First of all the cgi and sfx were very good but also bad at the same time and I don’t know how to feel about that but at the same time knowing this film came out 27 years ago I suppose I can’t really blame the cgi and sfx.

The film felt pretty long and there was A LOT of suspense like on the edge of your seat kind of suspense.

Also if this film doesn’t make you at least one small bit of emotional then I don’t know what will cause the ending really got to me even though I thought it wouldn’t.

Overall a decent film with a decent story is all I can say.

I loved the relationships between the diggers and the comedy moments, which balanced out the ridiculous level of action drama involved.

Armageddon is a big, emotional, logic-defying asteroid disaster movie. It’s got space oil drillers, slow-mo hero shots, and a power ballad that won’t quit.

Saw this on the front row of the theater. Haven't watched it since. Still in therapy.

I cry every time😭

It’s a really good watch, no idea how many times I’ve watched it over the years but it’s certainly up there.
It’s also a comfort watch now, and a good go to if I need something familiar

Cried so much, it leaves a sign. I was first reluctant to watch it, but then I didn't regret it at all
