4.6 - it gets too lost in its own sauce between the insane number of painfully obvious twists, repetitive plot, & cRaZy camera flourishes. It has no reason to be almost 2.5 hours long. But if you accept it as the airport novel it says it is there’s a bit of fun to be had.

It’s a chaotic thrill ride, with truly terrible CGI, that gets exceedingly dumb as our patience wears thin. But I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a good time, it is a fun trip up till the end.

Although the movie was awesome, and the narrator’s perspective was phenomenal, it would’ve been a better film, if the running time were a bit shorter, and equally less plot twists. YES, there is a lot of them, like in every 10 minutes, there is a huge twist, but really enjoyable.

There's just something Matthew Vaughn does that makes his movies comically bad in a good way. The type that knows it's silly and laughable on purpose. The soundtracks always banging. The casting is always beautiful. The CGI is always exotic, although some of the greenscreening was sketchy. I loved the world switching and plot twists, but did she write a gay novel between Henry and John? The realisation of so many things was just mind-boggling. The reason this isn't getting a higher rating is because kingsman is way better.

I wish they put the amount of money they spend on ads & marketing into scriptwriting because holy hell this was an atrocity. Don’t waste your time (speaking of which… why was this over 2 hours…) even when it gets onto streaming.

My god this was an absolute clusterfuck of a plot and full of cringeworthy punchlines.
I’m generally fine suspending my disbelief in movies, but this took it way too far and offered no justification for doing so.

what happened to cinema? i mean this was such a disappointment of a movie. sure the plot twist was just crazy but what happened to having actual stuntmen? is just animating there bodies to do crazy shit already a hard enough job?? #hiremorestuntmen also did everybody working on this movie just feel extremely lazy that every scene was filmed in front of green screen? the budget was 200 million and you couldn’t afford filming in actual places? and don’t get me started on the acting, i think i’d rather watch skai jacksons audition tapes in a loop for two hours than this. you had such great actors and to put them through this? definitely has to be an episode of punk’d because no way you shat the bed like this. some random studio employees kid got their name picked out of hat and was chosen to write an entire movie and this was the outcome. i mean, everything was so bad because it was so fake! i even wanted to like the cat soo badly but the cgi was absolutely terrible, so much worse than aquaman. and to make matters even worse, the movie was two freaking hours long! no one should endure such rubbish for even 10 minutes. please never have me sit through something like this ever again. p.s henry cavill isn’t even that cute so to give him a mullet at the end was just plain evil #freebrycedallashoward

Insane movie, I put it in like category for now but might switch it to love. I thought it was an insane ride. I liked the quirkiness, the twists and turns were very interesting, almost confusing but then it explains it all. I throughly enjoyed. Loved the cat too, super cute.

if you have a brain you can see the plot twists coming from miles away. they also couldn’t even keep it going in one direction, they had to continually add more confusing twists into the story. and most of them weren’t even needed. sometimes i physically cringed, but also laughed

Funny, good mental break, but still kept you on your toes; comedic relief for life. More turns than you can count on a hand, and corny/masterful in fair intervals

No coherent plot and WAY too long. For an “action-comedy”, there was hardly any action or comedy. I expected more from the kingsman director! Ice skating & colored smoke scene were some of the worst action in cinema history. Dua Lipa was literally the best thing about this movie!

I don’t think I’ve seen a worse film. I don’t understand how could this pass any sort of production. It was over the top in a bad way, completely unnecessary twists and not funny at all. Acting choice was weird and I doubt I would ever go see something with that cast again.

I really liked this movie. Other people that I watched this movie with had some complaints about the first hour, which honestly I agree with. The first hour felt a bit meaningless but after that hour it was a fun watch with a lot of twists and turns and a lot of cool action. 🕵️♂️🕵🏼🕵️♀️⛸️

Some of it was campy fun and the rest was just dull for me. Also WAAAY too many plot twists back to back to back.

I can see why they needed the number of big names they had.
Meh rounds it up.
It lost all credit for me when the cat winked at the camera.
Just… passive background watch movie at most.
