I used to love this movie when I was younger, but watching it now, it feels like a quintessential 90s cliché kid's movie. The kids in the film are incredibly annoying and hard to tolerate. The plot is filled with every cringeworthy trope you can imagine. Story-wise, it's passable but feels a bit drawn out, with some unnecessary parts. I'd recommend it if you're a big Ice Cube fan and need a PG movie to watch with older kids.

Another film I loved as a kid but was barely funny and super cliche that I’d just rather watch the sequel actually.
