I only watched this for my film class and lord I thought it was boring. All im ancient language so u have to read subtitles. It’s like reading a boring book and movie at the same time. 4.8/10

the fact I could feel and understand exactly what was happening and having no subtitles for most of it just shows you how well it was crafted

Brutally vivid depictions of life before the terrible colonization even started. Maybe not completely accurate however not false either. Heartbreaking when the children are on screen ,personally, still loved this movie since childhood

very well made movie and the ending was also satisfying but also like bittersweet and heart wrenching. pretty graphic not just bc of the blood but because of the topics and themes that are covered here
