8.7/ Amazing storytelling, with a fantastic plot! The first 2 acts of the movie I really did like, but the ending was a bit too fast for me. I expected much more for the ending, but it didn’t live up to it. Definitely a rewatchable movie for me.

Scott jumped off the screen. Stewart is great. Really good story and court scenes seemed realer to me than most movies. Incredible music!!!

Really great detective/courtroom drama that doesn’t exactly land the ending - a bit too rushed and unsatisfying. The case itself was very interesting but doesn’t really take any (major) interesting turns.

Very well-made court drama I respected more than I loved. The script is solid & very frank for 1959. Invites you to ponder what you'd decide as juror, but also ambiguous & less satisfying because of that. Duke Ellington's score is memorable. Stewart, Remick, & Scott are superb.

Historia judicial que pese a no tener un misterio que desvelar, nos da una excelente lección de como cuestionar los hechos cuando no los hemos visto y en algunos casos...como se los manipula. Si estas interesado en estudiar leyes o algo parecido, esta película es para ti...

brilliant storytelling

An excellent courtroom drama. It’s mysterious and adult, telling its story in shades of grey. An honest snapshot of the social norms of that moment.

The book is better
