Extremely powerful film that dives into the fictional death of Kejani Jefferson. Like our real world today, cops are given a pass on many unnecessary killings of black men and woman, American Skin shows an alternate reality of what can happen if these unnecessary deaths continue.

Balling my eyes out right now. This is one of the best movies i’ve ever seen. Both sides were right and wrong at the same time. This is definitely a must watch and i couldn’t recommend this more

Amazing movie about getting justice for the unlawful killing of a black man’s child. The directors decently did their thing with this one especially in the end.

needs more attention

Finished in class, current issues. I cried so hard at the end when the father surrendered unarmed and still was shot and killed.
