Along for the Ride

This was such a cute teen romance movie. The storyline, characters, and scenery screamed simple but a good simple. It was wholesome and felt like a warm hug. Eli and Auden are so adorable together and I love how they made each other come out of their comfort zones.

watched this and didn’t even know dermot mulroney was in it 😭 was a nice surprise though! would’ve enjoyed it more if his character wasn’t such a tool for most of the movie 😐
i really only enjoyed the last 45 minutes of this movie if i’m being honest 😭

it was cute and different 9/10

Was a fine movie, but only the friend / relationship between Auden & Eli had me invested.

Plot:
When Auden is going to life in the summer by her father and mother in law in Colby, she wants to do things totally differently. So she meets new friends there and also Eli, and boy who is on his own. Together they spent time together and have cute interactions.

We also meet Aubrey, Leah and one other. They are new friends of Auden, who learn her to be greater. In my opinion, they nothing added to this movie sadly..

Furthermore we see her dad who is focussed on one thing, and that is not family. In the end by a great speech of Auden, he is a family man again.

its so cute romance and I just love it I didnt expect it to be that good

A little slow pace wise, cringy in places but not terrible. Some characters were annoying. Definitely not something I’d rewatch often but just fine. Sweet ending
