All Quiet on the Western Front

Where this film succeeds the most is in its portrayal of the horrors war. I feel that not all of the diversions from the original are for the better, especially the inclusion of the generals and diplomats, but it stays true to the original message of the film and book. 8.5/10

Some of the best cinematography you’ll see this year. It was Interesting seeing the German perspective of the First World War. It really shows you the psychological horrors of war. This will likely be nominated for an academy award. Must see !

Absolutely beautiful movie. Every battle scene was jaw dropping and had you fully immersed. Stunning filming and an emotional story from start to finish
