All About Lily Chou-Chou

I was NOT expecting that at all. I thought this was gonna be an emotional coming of age romance 😭 boy was I wrong. Idek how to rate this cs I almost can’t comprehend what I just watched… I feel like the creators of the movie want viewers to feel this way tho. Depressing but vibes

I couldn’t keep my eyes off the screen. It was so beautiful. The characters and story was much deeper than I ever thought it would be. There were points where I thought it was slow but the cinematography made up for it.

its a really unique film i really love the aesthetics and the cinematography and its also really heartbreaking. the ost is amazing i really really like it. I listen to it on my freetime too i just really like the tone of the album.

I watched this movie about 2 months ago and i can’t get enough of it, it just stays in my head. This movie is really unique and everything is just perfect. They gave a life to lily chouchou through her album on spotify or plateforms. 10/10 i really recommend it.

The visuals for this film are insanely gorgeous. I am left feeling confused, empty, alone, depressed and yet happy. Some parts made me feel contempt but majority made me feel quite uneasy and almost sad reflecting upon my own life. The nostalgia it evoked was insane.
