That creature look like some of yall

It was way too slow to start, the characters make some of the worst decisions possible, and the only one who was thinking logically was vilified for saving lives. Too few jump scares. But this movie would be SCARY AF for someone with arachnophobia. And that ENDING though? 🔥🔥🔥

Bafflement and bewilderment. This may just be one of the best in the entire franchise. Mr. Alvárez knew exactly how to take full advantage of the resources given to him. From cheesy 80s-style catchphrases to the stark silent cinematography. Ridley and Ripley brought us to this world way back, WHEN? Romulus takes the best qualities of each Alien movie and rebirths them into one collective masterpiece. Terror, love, guilt, anger, sadness, fear, hope, you could taste the adrenaline coming off the cast. My ears and eyes got shredded by the sound, set, and costume design. Pure cinema, at its peak.

Cinematically pretty and cool to watch. Story wise same old same old. The ending was also a bit extra

I’ve never seen any of the alien movies, but this was definitely a weird type of movie for me, but it was definitely worth watching,8/10
