kind of wild and confusing at times but not too bad, the sexual tension between ripley and call was insaneee though

3 in 1 Alien movie mashed up and discombobulated. The mystery, suspense, and terror from number 1, the action, cast, and large sequences from number 2, and the horrible dialogue and characterisation from number 3. I would have loved this if it wasn't so weirdly sexualised and distasteful. The characters were played brilliantly by the cast, but the writing behind them gave me more and more hope that the aliens would finally win. The visual effects weren't great, but the practical effects were amazing. I didn't like the laughably bad comedy. It took me out several times.

What a way to ruin the franchise. I really hoped this one would be at least decent to make up for the last shitty one.
Same plot over and over again with worse writing and characters.

L’histoire est sympa, les acteurs sont pas trop mal, les effets visuels & les SFX sont mieux et le nouvel antagoniste est cool MAIS j’aime pas les gros plans à la Vidoq, j’aime pas Ripley (dans ce volet), la fin est pas dingo et en soit c’est le même scénario que les précédents 🤰

Unpopular opinion but I think this was one of my favorites. The plot was WILD and I loved it. I think the only thing was it seemed kind of out of touch with the Alien movies before it. The CGI also improved so much! And the ending 🥹

It was fine. I liked it slightly more than Alien3 but it’s still heavily flawed. The constant sexual harassment is pretty wild. The dialogue feels pretty forced. Some of the characters are over the top corny. Story is decent in continuation. Action and visuals are pretty good too. Overall worth seeing at least once.

What the fuck was this? I couldn’t believe what I was watching. What an extremely unnecessary movie and a disgrace to the whole franchise tbh. Why was there a basketball scene? That whole scene was unbearable. The ending also looked like something out of Scooby-doo, the weird human like alien getting its insides sucked out and it flailing about and shaking around was so goofy looking. If you want to know how to destroy a character look no further than Ripley in this movie, I feel bad for Sigourney Weaver, her character was so cool up until this movie where it felt like they were trying something different but fell so far through the roof the floor cracked open

Man, idk, this franchise just HITS for me. A lot of that has to do with Sigourney Weaver being perfect, but this was so damn good. First off, WINONA RYDER?????? Her sexual tension with Ripley was off the charts (but Ripley lowkey looked like she wanted to sleep with everyone💀)

probably the worst alien film as it has nothing substantial to offer in really any regards. the inclusion of an ellen ripley clone seems cheap and the stakes are never really high, not to mention some awful visuals and mediocre characters. not even winona ryder could save this

Choices were made! This wasn’t as boring as A3 and I liked the concept of the continuing story HOWEVER the writing/dialogue is just as bad and maybe even worse bc it seems as tho they are trying to make every line quotable. The swimming sequence was unnecessary imo tho I find it

This is a bad movie with a good concept. Good actors which bad lines and story again. But at least this one has decent action and some cool scenes. The whole last 30 min with the hybrid really ruins the film. Not that it was great to start but man, the hybrid shit was terrible.

One of the worst sequels ever made. The performances and script are bad and the story makes no sense and disrespects the first three films. It’s as bad as Jaws: The Revenge. They should have let Alien 3 be the end of Ripley’s story

Mal eine andere Story wie in den davorigen Teilen. Ich finde Ridly in dem Film nicht ganz so toll wie in den andern aber immer noch gut. Durch die neue Technik sah alles besser aus und die Tode waren sehr schön anzusehen und Kreativ. Ein paar Logic Lücken hat der Film leider doch

unfortunately only good thing in my opinion was winona ryder, my second least favourite of the franchise, OH AND FUCK THAT WERID ASS HYBRID THING AT RHE END THAT SHIT WAS ABSOLUTELY UNNECESSARY AND WERID AND GROSS AND I FUCKING HATED IT ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY JUST FUCKING HORRENDOUS!
