Ahead of its time.

i loved ripley and her cat and the xenomorph so much, there’s so many creative and iconic scenes in this with the face huggers and the chest bursters and they look really cool, some of the ship design is kinda random and goofy for me but it’s not that distracting

Literally I tell everyone this movie is peak, it's so ahead of its time and starts the story out so well giving you just enough information about who what when and where they are and the alien is the best fricken puppet/costume ever omg

I went into this with an action mindset since I guessed the horror elements would be outdated (which they were). And as an action/thriller this was really good. It was intense and the practical effects were amazing. Also, most characters are likable and made it enjoyable . 7/10
