My fourth film for my film narrative class.

This was honestly pretty interesting. From the beginning i thought the dynamic would be too weird, but clearly the age gap and stuff like that is on purpose to make the audience member uncomfortable.

Then, throughout i started to realize that i was wrong for thinking about how unnatural their relationship was.

The pacing was a little slow but not slow enough to the point where i was bored.

One issue i have though is that Ali’s actions seemed pretty out of the blue. I get it was from stress or whatever, but it was too out of nowhere for me.
