Aftersun

Subtle yet haunting. It’s a slow and delicate movie and even though the ending seems really quiet, it punches you in the gut with emotions once you put the whole picture together.

This one should’ve taken home academy awards best picture without a doubt. 🏆

really good but i fell asleep and there’s a shot of his butt i didn’t like and i got confused at some parts of the movie tbh

Aftersun is one of those movies that after you watched it you just sit in silence and cry afterwards. :(

I thought it was a very nice film. I loved all the "pointless" shots, because that's how nostalgia works. The detail of remembering the small things. I also liked that the film was seen from another perspective, one that was bigger, more conscious, and mature. Btw Under Pressure🔝
