Aftersun

Subtle yet haunting. It’s a slow and delicate movie and even though the ending seems really quiet, it punches you in the gut with emotions once you put the whole picture together.

This one should’ve taken home academy awards best picture without a doubt. 🏆

really good but i fell asleep and there’s a shot of his butt i didn’t like and i got confused at some parts of the movie tbh

Aftersun is one of those movies that after you watched it you just sit in silence and cry afterwards. :(

Not as devastating as it was chalked up to be but definitely emotional. It wasn’t visceral but it was logically heartbreaking. The kid was a superstar, unreal performance, and a well-done film overall. 7.6/10 expensive carpets
