Aftersun

Subtle yet haunting. It’s a slow and delicate movie and even though the ending seems really quiet, it punches you in the gut with emotions once you put the whole picture together.

This one should’ve taken home academy awards best picture without a doubt. 🏆

really good but i fell asleep and there’s a shot of his butt i didn’t like and i got confused at some parts of the movie tbh

Aftersun is one of those movies that after you watched it you just sit in silence and cry afterwards. :(

captured the feeling of meeting a stranger who looks exactly like someone you love(d) and reliving them, and better times, in your memory. nauseatingly nostalgic and so special
