its sad that its a true storie, but my opinion is that she wasn’t “abducted” she agreed to go away with this guy

Wasn’t worth the watch

I only watched this movie because it was in the top 10 for Hulu. It wasn’t until I started it that I realized it was a lifetime movie. Acting was TERRIBLE to say the least. It’s offensive that they couldn’t do justice to this true story.

Quite possibly one of the worst acting jobs by a male lead I have ever seen. The story is bizarre and compelling, but the two lead actors get in the way of this film achieving any kind of success. Save yourself time and skip it.

This movie literally made me sick to my stomach… but, it was good. The acting could’ve been better, but other than that

They did not show her story well it was rushed and not detailed, it was slow at the ending i wanted to know more about what happened

people are sick for thinking she has any blame. absolutely disgusting!

this true story deserved sm better acting than what we got

a important story to be told, but told the wrong way and was so boring because it was too fast paced and there was too much going on at once- i feel as if it also unknowingly portrayed her as the opposite of a victim

4.5/10 not great but a good story to be told. I just never will understand how people can blame a 15 year old girl. Whether it was voluntary or not, that nasty man was in his 50s emotionally and mentally abusing her. Gaslighting her into doing anything he wanted. She is a victim.

Soo good. Although very sad to know it’s based off a true story.
