Whoever thought of making this movie deserves a felony. But I guess if the intent was to create disgusting unfathomable horror, they succeeded. Seriously, this movie is not for everyone. Watch with caution.

Not to sound like an absolute pervert, but this is one of the best films I’ve seen in a hot minute. I found it a very effective sociopolitical commentary on the porn industry.

I’m all for gore & twisted movies … but this one is appalling. I don’t think the right approach to expressing the issues of the p*rn industry is to provide the sickos with the exact content they’re looking for…

Yeah you don’t need to do all that to make a commentary on the porn industry and exploitation. Everything thrown at you is just for shock value and not for an open dialogue

Fuck this movie. Do not watch it.

Only liking it because of the fudged-upness that this whole movie is. When people say that theres no movie that will ever terrify or gross them out, I always mention A Serbian Film. Every scene is scarred into my brain. Good luck to any first time viewers, you’re going to need it

Watch it once with friends as a shock and then forget about it forever

This is a masterpiece. The story and the methods of the director were absolutely fantastic! I hardly ever have a reaction to horror movies (and even then I am just startled or afraid) but this - especially the last half - almost made me throw up! (not because of gore but disgust)

Definitely not a movie for everyone. There is nothing scary or groundbreaking about this trash. It isn't art. It isn't anything. It's sick!If you choose to watch after reading this, may God have mercy on your soul.

this awful, anyone who likes this is sick. I didn't finish it because it's truly disgusting. there was this scene where a doctor rapes a literal child and Idc if it's a movie but he literally holds the baby against his dck, they have a child where he explains he has a boner...

What the fuck

Excess purely for shock value. The movie relies on gross themes, yet doesn’t tell a story with meaning. Relies on disgust, and the gross “plot elements”, or torture porn for fun. An absolute waste of time and sanity. I’m a fan of horror that has shocks, but make it have a reason.
