A Nightmare on Elm Street

If you can make a generation scared to go to bed you did your fucking job as a horror movie. As this is the only good one in this franchise, I loved it. This is proof you don’t need a big budget to make a good movie. Freddy was just scary dude. Plus good cast of characters. 8/10.

Finally watched this classic! Supernatural visual effects were cheesy, but there were a lot of iconic scenes. The most disturbing was the phone scene… Krueger is a pervert

Movies like nightmare on elm street remind me how older scary classics just hit different in a better way than most new horror movies cannot

My parents bought me a boxset of the entire Nightmare on Elm Street franchise on Blu-ray a couple months ago and I decided to watch it to fit the summerween vibes.

A Nightmare on Elm Street is a little corny but actually has a solid story. The music in this film is surprisingly good, but the movie in itself isn’t all that creepy, although it does enough to keep my attention.
