I’m slowly becoming a fan of biographical films. 🤩 I honestly enjoyed this one even more than Flamin’ Hot. The screenplay is solid, the story is engaging, and the characters are well developed. What I liked most, though, is the film’s message about perseverance and never giving up on your dreams. It’s an inspiring story that reminds you that success comes through determination and hard work.

I wonder how different it is from the actual story, but I did enjoy it a lot. Bro, his wife is super clutch, what an amazing woman!

Suffered from a few cliches, but the message was strong the and the intentions were pure. I feel inspired and hopeful. Great film

Such a refreshing film that reminds us no dream is impossible to achieve if you’re humble, grateful, and determined. Peña, the cast, and this great script brought this underdog story to life and gives viewers an appreciation for pride, sacrifice, and community. Highly recommend.

A lot of people disliked the movie but I actually found it pretty heartwarming and enjoyable. And finding out it’s actually based on a true story was quite surprising.
