A movie unsure whether it wants to be an edgy alternative Christmas movie or a sentimental family one, and it fails to balance both. A different Robin Williams role, he deserved a much better script and I always like Tim Heidecker (he’s barely in it).

Very funny! Had me glued to the screen from the beginning

I don’t know what the hell this movie was but it seemed way too low budget for how many big names were in it. Robin Williams seemed totally not in it, and Joel McHale was phoning it in. Weird meandering storyline, and honestly Tim Heidecker was the best thing in it for me

Well, it wasn’t the worst Christmas movie I’ve ever seen. Really close to the bottom, but not the absolute worst. If you’ve got 80 minutes to kill and you’ve shad already watched all the good Christmas movies, well …

Just discovered this movie in December 2023. It was kinda nice to feel like Robin Williams was still alive for a moment and pretend like this was a “new” movie just cuz it was new to me.

Good movie. Rough around the edges, just like the family in it. I hope I watch it again.

This was very funny but for a movie starring Robin Williams, could it be anything less? It was a cute movie but at its core it was a movie about family and forgiveness and I really enjoyed it.

Seemed low budget for the actors that were in it. Lighting in some scenes looked amateur and the story was cliche. Not the worst Christmas movie but not so great either. 4/10

it was a little funny but i wish i didn’t waste my time watching this tbh. it wasnt awful but it definitely wasn’t good.

A good funny movie I found myself laughing at with my family. Makes me miss Robin Williams, he did a great performance in this. And I also love most of whatever has Joel McHale in it. If you like a good comedy you’ll like this.
